Twice a year, we hold school-wide EPIC awards. We are so proud to regularly recognize students during our weekly Crew Celebration on Thursdays, but these awards are much more than a monthly recognition. It's a recognition of an entire academic year's progress.

PTA will sell yearbooks before and after school. ONLY $20!
Get yours before they are gone!
All library books were due on May 17th. Overdue book lists were provided to classrooms and students were notified of overdue books last week. Please turn in ALL books this week. Fines will be assessed on May 30th.
Yearbooks will be distributed first to students that have turned in all items this week. This includes library books, i-pad, charger, case, hot spot (if checked out), and brick.

5/23/24 5-7pm. Hundreds of high quality student work will be showcased as students discuss learning expeditions with our community.
iPad and other technology collection will begin next week on May 28th. All students will need to turn in their iPads with their case, charging cable, charging block, headsets, and hotspots with a charger (if applicable). All TK-4th Grade students attending the Summer program will need to turn in their iPad. 5th & 6th Grades attending the Summer program will keep their iPads. All students are responsible for returning their technology undamaged and with all components. Students with missing or damaged technology will receive a notice and if any damage payments are owed. That's the main topic our next Basics of Behavior Workshop.
This session will talk about preventative measures, implementing structures, and using positive reinforcement focusing on how to deescalate tantrums with preschool and elementary aged children.

EUSD is proud to offer no-cost before and after school programs for the 2024-25 school year. Our programs are funded through After School Education and Safety (ASES) grants and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) funds. EUSD’s Expanded Learning Program is available to students in TK through 8th grade who attend in-person schools, and enrollment is subject to capacity. In order for a student to participate in EUSD's Expanded Learning Programs, the student must be currently enrolled in and attending a EUSD in-person school in the 2024-25 school year.
How to Apply:
There is no cost to families to participate in any of EUSD’s before or after school programs or classes.

If demand exceeds capacity, students will be added to the waitlist until space is available.
The deadline to submit an interest form for the FIRST ROUND of potential placement is Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
Families will be notified by email regarding their status (enrolled or waitlist) after the lottery, if needed, and form processing.

EUSD se complace en ofrecer programas gratuitos antes y después de escuela para el año escolar 2024-25. Nuestro programas están financiados a través de subvenciones de Educación Después de Escuela y Seguridad (ASES, por sus siglas en inglés) y fondos del Programa de Oportunidades de Aprendizaje Extendido (ELO-P, por su siglas en inglés). El Programa de Aprendizaje Ampliado del EUSD está disponible para estudiantes en TK hasta octavo grado que asisten a escuelas en persona, y la inscripción está sujeta a la capacidad. Para que un estudiante pueda participar en los Programas de Aprendizaje Extendidos de EUSD, el estudiante debe estar inscrito actualmente en una escuela presencial de EUSD en el año escolar 2024-25.
