4th Grade Family Day at Lunch
We will be hosting 4th grade Family Day at Lunch
Friday, November 14th from 11:35 am - 12:15 pm in the MPR.
Family Day at Lunch is a day where families can bring their student lunch or purchase lunch from our cafeteria to enjoy. Food purchased outside or made at home will be for your student only and must not be shared with other students.
Reminders;
- Younger sibling guests must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times
- Play equipment is ONLY for Conway students
- Maximum 4 guest per student

Food Pantry Expectations
- No registration is necessary
- Bring Your Own Bags and or wagon to carry food items
- Adult must be present with student to receive items
- Please be kind when waiting for your turn

This event is voluntary and if students wish to participate it is important that they arrive on time as the parade will start promptly at 8 am out on the blacktop.
We kindly ask that guests exit school campus after the parade ends.
Costume Expectations
1. Students must wear regular clothes underneath their costumes .
2. Students must remove their costumes after the parade.
3. Students must wear shoes that abide by dress code (i.e., tennis shoes).
4. Students must be able to use the restroom independently in their costume.
5. No scary clown, violent themes, weapons, scary masks, or gory costumes.

We invite families to attend our next ELAC meeting scheduled on Thursday, September 25th after our Crew Celebration.
As a California public school with 21 or more English learners, Conway must form an English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC). In efforts to have a good and standing ELAC, we are in search of family members who can serve as parent leaders and advocates for our students.
Attendance to your school of residence ELAC meetings is of great value to families but most importantly the students. At our September meeting we will share some tips and valuable resources to families regarding the importance of home routines for students overall success. So please make sure to put our next ELAC meeting on your calendar. We hope to see you there!
