Greetings 6th grade Conway families! There is still availability to join the virtual reading group for the book, "Graciela's Dream". Graciela's Dream is a story about a young lady who dreams to go to college but faces several obstacles making her dream a reality. Will Graciela's dream come true? Join us and we can find out together! We are working to have a special guest be available so that you can ask any questions you may have in regards to having your child attend and graduate college. Friendly reminder that the School of Choice Application closes on Tuesday, January 31st. Typically, students attend the schools that serve the neighborhood attendance areas in which they live. However, EUSD does provide attendance options for parents and students in order to help meet the diverse needs and interests of students within the district. Students may apply for a School Choice Intradistrict Transfer to any school in the district. Submitting an application for School Choice does not guarantee enrollment in the desired school(s). Students who submit a school choice application by January 31, 2023, will be included in a random, unbiased lottery drawing. You will be notified by email in April 2023 regarding the results of the lottery. Parents of 1st and 2nd grade students, your child has an opportunity to join the Dance to Evolve class on Wednesday! Here are the clubs being offered this session: - MonART, 4th - 6th grade, Tuesday and Friday @ 2:40 - 3:40 pm - Dance to Evolve (Hip Hop), 1st-2nd grade, Wednesday @ 2:40 - 3:40 pm - Dance to Evolve (Hip Hop), 2nd-4th grade, Monday @ 2:40 - 3:40 pm Classes/Clubs begin the week of January 23rd.
